Spacebody/ I propose an environment in which to explore the network of spatial and physical tissue that we are. The sense of listening is the basis of practices that reveal and support the intelligence of the body. My research focuses on attention and intent. I invite you to sense, play and discern the information that emerges in the space of consciousness, from a creative insight. ABOUT TERESA
Teresa García Valenzuela: My path is oriented to the art of presence. I see myself as explorer of the intelligence of the spacebody and its potential of comunication and regulation. My research differentiates e integrates the multiple dimensions of the person, all emphasizing spaceness and physical body. My educational pathway embrace variety dance styles, experiential Anatomy, Seitai, Feldenkrais, Somatics, Aikido and Viewpoints. I highlight especially the influence in my search from Jader Tolja, a researcher at body, culture and identity, Franco di Francescantonio, actor an director, and Anne Bogart, director from Siti Company.
Giving space to the recognition of what there is, to uncertainty, to the multiplicity and to the fragility. The scenic context as creative performer, trainings and motherhood allow me to develop a sense of being. Inmersed in human condition and arts through the spacebody and its potentials
